What is Support Module?
Support Module includes various options related to smartwcm support. Here a user can create a new task/ticket, edit a task/ticket, list all the items. Various options available under Support are:
How to add a Task/Ticket?
The option to add a task/ticket is only available to registered users. To create a new support Item, click on the Add task/ticket Item option. Once all the required fields are filled and the form is submitted, the item will be created. A user will be allowed to add comments to this item any number of times.
What is Listing Tasks/Tickets?
Here all the Support Items created by a user, available in the site and assigned to a agent will be listed. There will be options to View a support item, Select agent and requester for a support item.
How to view a support item?
A support item can be viewed by clicking the view option. View option will display the information about a support item. it also provides an option to edit and add comments to the support item. User can also upload files while adding comments.
How to select an Agent?
An Agent can be select by clicking the Select Agent option in the list items page. It will display the agent group list. On selecting agent group, it will show the agents present in the group. An agent can be selected from that list by clicking on the corresponding select button.
How to select an Requester?
A Requester can be select by clicking the Select Requester option in the list items page. It will display the requester list.Requester can be selected from that list by clicking on the corresponding select button.
